Forgive me but looking at the site you're directed to I'd be very cautious about giving any credit card details.
Also paid mods seems to run counter to the ethos here.

What you are doing violates the EULA you agreed to when you installed the game.

This mod is necessary to everything, all shouted as one that want the powerful nuclear weapon.

And all are quite capable of getting it without having to pay a huckster any money at all.
