Nuclear Missle destroyed my city

in an mp game ind start it turned into a really messy nuke fest.

never used so many nukes and been nuked so much

i was shocked to discover my 3rd best city was totally destroyed purely by a nuclear missile.

i asked about it and was told NM can wipe out any city that isnt original capital or cs

anyone know more detail on this like how big a city or what city strength you need to have to defend a nuke missile.

Atom bombs that come earlier require only 1 uranium unlike the NM needs 2 and requires many more techs
