nuke or no nuke

I don't use nukes. They're boring. They take away the whole point of strategy and fun.

I rarely have used them, but to say they are boring is silly. Dropping some nuikes on a large stack of troops is funny to most players as best as I can tell.

To say it removes strategy, is confuse me, as nuke are one element of an over possible strategy. So your removing them completely would seem to lessen options, not the other way around.

When I say rarely, I would say it has been maybe 5 or 6 games in all the hundreds of games I have played over the more than 3 years.

You may say you do not uses them and find them boring and that would be unassailable.

If the ICBMs are more power than they are currently, I will start using them.

By powerful, they should:
1. Eliminate 75% of the city's population.
2. Pollute all 20 tiles in city radius.
3. Kill every single units in that city and on city readius

Well they will reduce all units hp by half. Cut all roads and destroy all improvements in the 9 tiles as well as pollute them.

Three hits will kill all units, even MA's. The pop cannot be dropped to lower than 1. You cannot destroy tacticals or ICBM's in the city.

Most of my games are won before I get ICBMs, but if I do build some (if I'm going for space race/histograph), I fire them all off the turn before I win in a victory celebration...after engineering a worldwide alliance against them so no one declares war on me. I don't want my victory turn spent watching AI troop movements. I have used tactical nukes against AI stacks before, since tactical nukes are cheaper and can be built before ICBMs.
