Office 2007 question

I just got Office 2007 and I have a question about Outlook. I have several email accounts that I manage with outlook 2007, how do I assign a hot key that allows me to quickly change which email address I send it from?

Not sure about 2k7, but in 2k3 there is a 'From:' field you can turn on to specify which account it comes from. I seem to recall something similar in 2k10 when I was beta testing that. IIRC it was under the 'View' menu.
