Organizing some back up players

I'd like to get two or three people to act as Designated Players if I am unable to.

We usually recieve the save from 2-7 PM EST, when the phone line is in high demand at my house. If someone here is active at that time, please sign up here. I would have the game sent to your address as well as mine. I was not in the #civfanatics chat and confirming I was playing the thirty minutes, those persons who I select would be automatically allow to play.

As to selection, I would prefer elected officials, but anyone may volunteer. Those whom I chose will be subject to council approval.
