Original Civ II music in MGE?

I've installed and spent a great deal of time messing with Civ II MGE from the Civ Chronicles set to run probably in Windows 10. FINALLY figured out. However, I really miss the music from the original version of Civ II which I grew up on... is there any way to replace the MGE music with the original? Unfortunately I no longer have the original CD so I can't rip the tracks from it.
