ok, i'll be the first to admit it.
i'm a tech idiot.
that said, i still can't figure out how to use the PakBuild.
i mean is there a very clear, step-by-step instruction how to use this?
some basic q's:
- after downloading Pakbuild what next?
- where do you put that .fpk file? do you move it around?
- where EXACTLY (which exact folder) do you unpack things?
BTW, I've just messed up my entire Civ folder... and am in the process of UNINSTALLING and RE-INSTALLING...
So if someone can help, I'd be grateful...
Also, after the Patch 1.09, do I even need PakBuild?
in other words, if I want to use custom MODS and UNITS and GRAPHICS, do i ABSOLUTELY need to install PACKBUILD?

I don't think you need to worry with the packbuild after the 1.09 patch.
