Patch downloads every time I play multiplayer

I go into multiplayer, and it installs the required PATCH_319. It then closes the game, as it is meant to, but when I restart it downloads the patch AGAIN!

I know that this is almost two months too late, but if you still haven't fixed it, the patch can be installed from this website at http://forums.civfanatics.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=12576

I believe that the official website is no longer up so the link to the download inside the game isn't working.
