Once again, assuming that Civ6 might allow 2,3 or even 4 rulers(great leaders) for each civ, each with their own attributes/traits. List the nations and their leaders you would like to see included for each nation, both existing in Civ5 and ones you feel should be in as well as their personalities(traits)-if you want

USA- 1 Washington 2 Lincoln 3 Roosevelt 4 ?(JFK)
Russia- 1 Peter 2 Katerina (Catherine) 3 Lenin 4?(Ivan the terrible?)
Rome- 1 Caesar 2 Augustus 3 Marc Anthony 4 Hadrian(there are several others which could be there in the 3rd and 4th spot instead)

List as many nations and leaders as you wish, I'll add more of my own choices if there are any responses to this thread.

Indonesia/Majapahit. Kind of goes without saying, but for all the leaders there is strength in the naval/maritime aspects. Click spoilers for images of leaders:

Option 1: Gajah Mada
Personality/Focus: Unpredictable

Nice thing about these four leaders is you are choosing the four strongest but you still get variety in personalities, as well as variety in how they look for those who appreciate aesthetics and graphics (fat guy vs. woman vs. brawny guy vs. thin guy). Also nice that there is a strong female leader - arguably Southeast Asia's strongest ever - but unlike some of the females that have been in civ in the past she actually deserves it. I actually thought they were going to choose Tribhuwana for BNW, particularly with how they love to "prettify" female leaders, but Gajah was always going to be the best choice at the end of the day.

America - THEODORE ROOSEVELT

Absolutely the most awesome and unique American President, also succesful :D

I would LOVE Teddy with badass voice...

If not Teddy - I would love Franklin Delano Roosevelt in wheelchair as leader, great and unique man.

Lincoln/Washington are sooo boring.

Iroquis - Deganawidah - if I remember properly, the main creator of Great Law of Peace.

England - Queen Victoria - come on, the entire period is named after her. Also... Diversity! I want also old women

France - Louis XIV

Egypt - Nefertiti

Carthago - Hannibal

Portugal - Henry the Navigator

Germany - Frederick the Great awesome man, he destroyed my own country but he is so awesome that I can almost forgive him that :p

Byzantium - Justinian

Poland - Josef Pilsudski/Zigmunt Augustus

Russia - ...again Catherine! although I think history of Russian state is awful post - Mongol invasion, she was one of the best rulers ;)

Ethiopia - Zara Yacob

Kongo - Nzinga Mbande

Ghana - Tenkaminen

Arabia - Saladin/Abu Bakr

Japan - Tokugawa Ieyasu

Indonesia - Tribhuvana

Vietnam - Trung Sisters

India - Asoka

Mongolia - Kublai Khan

China - Emperor Wen, go to hell with Shi Huangdi...

Yes, Teddy Roosevelt is awesome, but come on, he's not important enough to be the American leader. It's the same kind of reasoning that gives us Gandhi (where you replace "awesome" with "very well-liked") as the leader for India, and it's not good.

Also strongly disagree with Nefertiti, why go with a legendary figure when you have Hatshepsut right there ?

I like Teddy, but most of his accomplishments as President were not international, so not appropriate for CIV. I would probably pick FDR, or is you want someone to reflect Manifest Destiny, Jefferson (although I think he was over-rated).
