It's just me or play by cloud's load game now (well, since several updates) have all slot locked to AI and you can't open slots to players anymore?
It worked fine when PbC was released, you could convert play by email games or recover broken games (like when a player accidentally leave the game...), and then in some update broke it.
I've just lost another months-long game with my friends because of it (one of them accidentally left the game).
I even opened a ticket a long time ago and recently posted things about it on 2k forum (https://forums.2k.com/showthread.php?4376690-You-kinda-broke-Play-by-Cloud-system ), but they never acknowledged it, so i'm wondering if it's just me.
