Tall. Not because I want to. The ai on immortal+ is really good at getting cities up. I always think I'm just ROLLIN' when I get that third city up, then the ai goes on a settling rampage and I'm lucky to get a fourth mediocre city. Meh. I WILL TROUNCE THEM ALL WITH MY LEGIONS.
