Position of the watermill on a plot

Is it possible to edit the position of the Watermill building on a plot (i.e., the x,y coordinates of the building)?

The default placement of the Watermill results in bridges/roads running directly into the waterwheel and I'd like to move the building a bit so the bridge runs into/through the small passageway on the right:

maybe change the center position with Nif-skope?

Took me a little while to get into NifSkope but I finally got it done :) The water splash effect of the waterwheel was a bit of a hassle, as it seems to be mirrored along the x axis depending on the direction of the river's flow. Anyway, looks much better now with the bridge :)

Moreover, NifSkope also solved two other problems I had: The Winery finally uses my custom textures (described here) and trees around the Lumbermill are now cleared properly so they don't stick out of it's roof anymore. So thank you again :)
