i first came in here because my test of time wouldnt load anything but fantasy games
i tried some of your patches and they didnt work. Now this game is supposed to be played in window 98 but most of us are either XP vista (i pity you) or 7. but if you could run your uber hyped windows in the lowly 98 your game would work but your computer would flip out. enter a program called Virtual Box
www.virtualbox.org
you download it, load it and gather up that old 98 program and using the prompts you get your old 98 installed into the virtual box and viola! when using your virtual box your computer us windows 98 over whatever your running right now.
now run your game in that mode and ...it should be happy as a clam!
of course my hubby cant find ours.... we sorta had to move.... maybe we lost track of that but never fear ...apparently you can bittorrent the program and use it....
unless you have a lotta access torrents take a small slice of forever....
will try to update this.... but my hubby who is a jr network admin (looking for work too) says in theory ...it works
