I subscribe to Potato's YouTube channel; I have found his Civ6 videos helpful as I was learning the game.

I was pleasantly surprised to see him pick up BERT after a long time, with mostly positive comments.

He emphasizes getting Computing early to get his spies out, much as @Tiberiu wrote in the Strategies sub-forum.
He also emphasizes the Prosperity virtues early, to dig himself out of the unhealthiness.

He is playing fast, so Potato is missing little things like "Clinics are cheaper than Pharmalabs" in the build order.
He hasn't yet built an Ultrasonic Fence, to get the quest and immunity for his trade units from aliens.
He allows his cash/energy to build up, so that it's there when he needs it. I tend to spend mine sooner, which may mean that I'm making suboptimal decisions.
I'm a little surprised at how many declarations of war he's getting, but maybe that's typical of the Apollo AI.
