I just downloaded all the new DLC including Nubia and have latest patches. When I start a game and try to "Choose Production" for my city, nothing happens. I stopped all mods except the DLC content and that is when I am having the issue.
Interestingly when I was using some mods, specifically CQUI improvements, the production screen does show up but any notifications that show up down the right side only show an "!" now and there is no message so I do not know what is happening.
Anyone else having the two issues I am having?
