The Aztecs have decided to declare war on us again, breaking our military alliance as well by making peace with babylon. While I respect your ideas Shaitan, I don't think allowing Rome into our borders will ensure our safety. I am very doubtful that China and Rome can be trusted, as we already know the Aztecs can't. as such I voted no to this approach.
