Question about TAC mod and missions

Anyway to slow down the rate it pumps out natives from missions?

There are some factors promoting the native conversion rate:

  1. European leader trait "Enterprising": +200% conversion rate from missions (van der Donck, de Sá, de Champlain)
  2. Native leader trait "Pupil": +100% conversation rate from missions (Huayna Capac, Logan, Montezuma, Sitting Bull)
  3. Expert Units: Jesuit Missionaries/Evangelists are more effective at the profession "Missionary" than every other unit.

If you got the combination of all three factors in your game, you will have the highest possible native conversation rate. It will slow down later in the game.

Thanks for the reply. I had 1 and 3 so that explains why I was pumping them out.
