Quick Resource/Building Question(hopefully)

I just got back into Civ IV about 1 month ago after taking quite a break. I remember this mod that someone was making a while ago. It went something along the lines of a building taking 2 resources or more and making a third. Like instead of gunpowder from sulphur, you needed sulphur and other resources. Then you needed the building to combine them into gunpowder. I tried searching the forum but I dont even know what to look for. I was just wondering what happened to that mod or if there was any other one like it.

Maybe a corporation? i know one Civ uses 2-3 and makes aluminium i think.

Trade Goods are in the WoC, but they are not finished yet. Still in beta.

You might be thinking of "The Lopez's" Resourse converter modcomp. I dont think it was updated to BTS though.,

If you look around, in this forum, a thread means there is a modcomp. I see no modcomp in this thread.
