Raze everything....

Hello peeps.
First of all, let me say Hi to whole community, cause its my first post/thread although i was reading civfanatics daily

Ok now just a little question:
Is there a mod that allows you to raze capital cities and city states? Cause its really annoying you cant do this in normal game...
If yes, whats the name? If no... could someone do it pls?

While I'm not sure, I'm guessing you can't do it easily, as no doubt capital cities and city states razing would screw up diplo and domination victories.

I did see a mod to do it just a while ago. I can't remember the name, but it exists.

Like Slowpoke said, it makes diplomatic victories impossible.
