Real Nation Flags?

Im Playin the Blue Marble Edition ,Latest Patch With All 18 Civs.

What im wondering, and sorry if its been asked a few hundred times already but is their anyway to make each nation have its own real flag?

Ive seen in pictures in these forums of real flags but when i play my game i just have solid colored ones for each nation?

Can anyone help me out?
