recycling and synthetic fiber?

my scientist say that "due to our work in recycling.. blah blah synthetic fiber".
but syn. fiber requres ecology.. not recycling...

bug?

btw. how do you change what the scientist say?

yeah thats a bug because it doens't say that to me.

You can change what he says in the script.txt file in the infogrames/civ 3/text/script folder. Just use the "Find on this page" to find the line you want to change, save the changes and play in game.
