Regenerate multiplayer map

Hi everyone,

I like to play a coop Civ IV game with a friend of mine. When we don't like the generated map, it's a lot of work to set up a new game which is the same. I know you can regenerate in singel player mode, is there a way to regenerate in multiplayer?

Btw, I post it here since is more a bug report / change request then it's possible as far as i know.

Hear! Hear! My friends and I would also like to get some nice starting locations for Direct IP Multiplayer. Nothing fancy, but it would be nice to have at least two resources of food and several hills constantly. Is there any good multiplayer map generation script, which will not give awkward results like latest Planet Generator or Full of Resources?
Maybe some of the old-players could explain the concepts and give hints, please?

Aside from the good map script, maybe someone could give us a hint on how to active a "Regenerate map" menu item in Multiplayer?
