How can relogions grow in many lands of the world? With missionary for example....

There is no religion in Civ3. That was introduced for Civ4.

IIRC in IV you have two means to spread religion. You can send out missionaries and the other nations can convert sort of like a culture flip.

I think there is a form of religion in a couple of the Conquests, that could actually be an early version of what became the religion system in 4.
