Rework "Lookout" Ability into Camp Site (one size below Town)
- Works like a Goody Hut for Opponents (so can be pillaged as well), gives the Lookout Bonus Visibility Range
- Creates a Road to the nearest Settlement (needs to be in trade range for it to work)
- Adds any Resources on the Tile to the Empire
- On Creation, destroys Scout and costs gold for balance reasons (160 Gold maybe)
So basically, it can work as Reinforcement point because it creates roads and also gives the Ability to farm a Resource in another way than needing to build a town.
The Camp Site will need to be guarded, otherwise another player's scout can just 'pillage' it like a regular Goody Hut.
