California would be a great Civ
Jerry Brown as the Leader
+1 Gold for any improvement adjacent to a river. (think gold rush)
Unique District: Hollywood, Replaces Theater District, +25% culture adjacency bonus, lower acquisition cost (or +1 Amnesty) .
Unique Unit: Foreign Builder, Replaces Builder, +1 Build, lower acquisition cost, -1 movement.
Unique Government: Progressivism, Replaces Communism, 3 Military Cards, 4 Economic Cards, 1 Diplomatic card, 1 Wild Card, + 2 Culture for each city with a Hollywood District, Bonus to all Production (10%, plus 1% for every 20 turns on Standard speed).
further suggestions would be great this would be based on a later era california as opposed to the civ 5 california mod with william b ide.
