Sometimes in Civ4 there are ressources placed on tiles, where it is unable to get them (one tile islands within the city radius for example). What I am missing, is a solution for getting this ressources. Please look at screenshot, then you will see what I mean.
Is it possible to someone here, modding some kind of "colonies" (for example dummy-cities?) or some other kind of connection to the trade network inside the borders? May be, some sort of invisible river will work for that?
The main reason for this request is not the rare appearance of these "missplaced" ressources in standard games. I like playing small or standard maps (often with preplaced ressources). On these maps the probability of those "unable-to-get-them-ressources" is much higher, on (my own) maps with preplaced Ressources the probability reaches nearly 100%... so I would be glad, to have some soloution for that issue.
