I posted this question on Reddit in the civ subreddit and they said I post it here. So my girlfriend plays civ 6 and only civ 6 on PC. I thought as a present for her birthday I would get a civ mod created of her as a queen of some country using her personality traits, name, pics, etc. I am looking for someone to work with on this as I have zero experience with modding. I want someone I can work with on it to make something fun. I am willing to pay if that is what it takes. If you have any advice on who I should contact or where to start please help.
