New techs

New unit: Roaming tribe (can build towns, can fight, can build improvements (2)
New techs:
Plants knowledge
Advanced plants knowledge
Mineralogy knowledge
Geology knowledge.

All those techs will reveal basic ressources on the map.

Can we start the game on a different era, besides Ancient?
I'd suppose you can, and those tech will have already been discovered, right?

Also, doesn't giving Scouts less combat power makes it so much easier for us? We might be able to finish those barbarian scouts with one hit or something. And I think that's not what you had in mind.
I've seen a mod that had an upgraded unit between the scouts and the rangers. The modder called it explorers, maybe you could come up with a unit in between those two and let the barbarians use it early in the game, maybe starting at the classical era.

You could call it, the watchman, vigilant, troublemaker, tribefinder, cercetas, forscher or my favourite option the looter :D
 
Thanks, this is really a wip, I am toying with the XML, SQL and Lua. Beside I don't play Civ 6 that much.
I will probably update soon, reworked the new techs (animal knowledge, plants knowledge, and earth knowledge), and toyed with Lua so that the player receives one at random at the beginning of the game.
I have a very hard time with units graphics tho, but I shall overcome.
