Samurai Invasion of Korea happiness bug.

I am currently playing the Samurai Invasion of Korea as Oda Nobunaga in Deity.
I have conquered more than half of Korea including their capital, and both in Korea and Japan I have built many buildings and infrastructure.
When I was half-ready to procceed invading Korea, I save and quit.
However, when I saved I had 29 happiness, but when I reload the scenario I have -22 unhappiness (and I did too many things for happiness like adopting certain policies and building the Circus Maximus).

How can I fix this happiness bug?

Seems like you can't. Must play in one go without loading a save... a shame they still haven't fixed this.
