Normally when we click on the Details we should get the usual rows of Iconized-Parts for each Civs on the secondary popup.
In my last game, both Rome & I had started adding to our SS and when i went to verify his progress to compare, the screen was simply empty.
v1141, no perceivable conflict with regular Mods i guess... and only the "Always Peace" option was selected for that game along with Time/Science conditions only.

Bug?

Okay...
This may somehow have to do with VictoryProgress.lua since the lua.log has the following for line 612;

[43355.844] Runtime Error: [string "Assets/UI/InGame/Popups/VictoryProgress.lua"]:612: attempt to index local 'teamA' (a number value)

At first, i thought the new deferredDisplayTime=7 function may have got in the way of EndGameMenu.lua usual warpup but it seems Ingame_WorldView doesn't even render the LaunchPad near my Capital either. Seen the AIs though.
Thus -- the last part is being added, the SS-Launch itself isn't shown and the final winning popup kicks in as usual.

What is weird though is that the Details for ScienceProgress are actually valid and do show in the secondary popup *UNTIL* anyone starts adding parts their SS. All is blank afterwards.

Quite a mess. And reproduceable, indeed.

No need for a snapshot or save-file... i assure you & everyone else that's exactly what happened. As for repeatable, maybe but haven't yet reach other games where the situation might occur again. I suspect it would.

Of course I believe you that this is what happened. However, according to the instructions stickied above this forum, in order for someone to be confirmed as a bug - and moved to the confirmed bugs subforum - another player or mod needs to be able to re-create the same bug.

This also helps the Firaxis team - or volunteers - who are going to look into it. If they have a savegame where they can simply go into the diplo screen and see that what they get matches the screenshot you provided then they can quickly look towards a solution. If they first have to play a game and hope to recreate the situation that you described, that costs extra time.

And as you know, bugs can be tricky for all sorts of reasons. As a simple example, perhaps your situation only occurs with three participants to the space race and if they try to re-create it with only two players, then they won't be able to get the effect you described (etc).

The very same problem has happend in all my game since patch. I probably could get a screen shot if need be.

Just to confirm the bug:

If you go in "detail" in the technological victory panel, to see the progress of the apolo program, the screen is blank.

So, i had to work on it for about fifteen minutes and it may very well prove to be worthless... here's the snapshot(s) proving Details for SS-Progress don't show up in such case.

1- Rome certainly has its LaunchPad near Rome.
2- So am i in Washington and Boston just the built the last Part.
3- 2 players are shown as having built Apollo and if i click on Details, the next popup is simply BLANK.
4- As a supplement you have the game options listed but i highly doubt it has anything to do with the flaw.

There it is right below.

While i was playing Babylon yesterday, their LaunchPad wasn't even rendered near the Capital.
