Shell Scripting Assignment

Hi everyone.

I was wondering if anyone here knows anything about shell scripting stuff, cos i have an assignment due in 2 days about which i don't know the first thing. I've attached the assignment file. I'm pursuing other avenues for help too, but if someone can get a quick post back, it would be much appreciated.

I did see one site about script. Not sure what it was. gamedev.com ? BTW, looks like it's a bit too late now..


EDIT: Ok, looks like a Unix script. I really can't help there...
