Showing resources on the map with icons

Hello everyone, I just have a small question. How can I make it so that strategic and luxury resources have an icon pointing to them on the map? I tried all of the game options and set the "terrain detail" to high but I still can't see them. Is it a mod? Is it something related to the fact that I have a laptop?

I noticed it while watching Wainy's LP video and wondered why the resources appear like that. I watched a couple other user's LPs and they all had it too.

Oh my god...it's that simple? I mean, I knew "g" was grid...damn.
