Small help for humble civ3 mod leader

Hello fellow civ 6 creators,

I have managed to find on my old HDD i files that contains .NIF and DDS extensions of fantasy based building pack for Civ3. I can open DDS files but i cant open or operate with NIF ones. My knowlegde on these NIF files is very limited and i know that they are 3d/max files created for these buildings.

I want someone if have time to convert these files in ordinary pcx format for photoshop that civ3 games can see.
Ofc i will uploaded them as new files into civ3 db cuz im pretty sure that these building pack is not anymore in db.

PS. i already asked some ppl on civ3 forum about these files but im not sure how many or does anyone had 3d knowlegde to operate with these files.So pls if u can help i would gladly upload the files on pvt msg if someone have time and could help me about these files that i can u use in my mod.

I have worked with nif files with Bethesda games (TES series, Fallout, ...). You can use 'nifskope' to view and even edit the files. There is a plugin for 3ds Max to convert the file.
