*sniffle* The game can not create or access its temp folder! *help*

Bad, very, very bad! When I try to start Civ3 up it goes on about some sort of unholy union and how it can not condone the creation of the Temp folder
with a realy strange code name. When I exercised my royal perogative to authorise the creation of said folder, the bastion of stiff necked moral attitudes and sickeningly polite little toad known as the 'bug' balked me again! The little prick said that he did not have permission to access it. When I tried to give him his access he solemly assured me that greater powers that I would have to intervene. That lying little bastard! I AM PHARAOH! THERE IS NO HIGHER POWER!
