STAR TREK 0.9.0 is ready

I am ready to share the version of the Star Trek Mod that I have. I will be doing so as soon as possible, just letting you guys know. There's lots that I still want to do (I didn't finish the map exactly, and the civs still need to be straightened out, but everything else is good to go.

The units are fleshes out? May have to dust the discs off.

The units for Cardassia are mostly, and the Ferengi got some unique units, but I still would like a new minor cruiser and Romulan ships.
