[Vanilla] Stuck on AI turn 'Please Wait' 1.0.0.220

After turn 498 completes, the game sticks on the next AI player's turn with the 'Please Wait' globe not changing. I've attached the save file, as this problem happens going into turn 499 regardless of how far back I go to make changes. Playing single player on huge map with as many nations and city states as allowed, but my GTX 1080, 32GB RAM, and Samsung SSD 850 Pro typically eat through any other game. No mods. Vanilla Civ 6 version 1.0.0.220.

UPDATE: I went back a few turns, and when I meet India I show them no hospitality. The very next turn they request open boarders, rather than sticking on 'Please Wait'.
So while I've worked around this bug, your game is still very much filled with broken code. I can't even begin to tell you how many times this game has crashed. Hopefully somebody is actually working to resolve these bugs, rather than having mods and admin snuff them out.

I know this is old but it might help someone, or perhaps this big can eventually be fixed. For me this happened when discovering a new civ.

First Gilgabro offered me a trade and since he is our bro I accepted it.
Then Amanitore welcomes me and after the usual chatter the game is stuck on "please wait".

I tried many things, going back 1 to 4 turns doing things differently even having my own units all just chill doing nothing. But it always hangs at that same turn after finishing the introduction meeting with Amanitore.

What unstuck it for me was rejecting Gilgabro's offer. Now Amanitore offered me the exact same trade, even before her regular introduction. Which must be some bug on itself and possibly triggering some infinite loop in the AI thread due to them wanting the same trade. So I just rejected that trade too, and finished her introduction. My game finally continues on turn 72.
