-sell weapons to ur allies !!

- allow to engineer a popular revolt against a foreign govt... thus ''forced into revolution''

- allow a build army base, Naval base similar to Airbase.
allow these 3 bases to be build in Allies land to provide military protection

- create merchant trade routes for raw materials. (example. WWII britain alantic ocean raw materials supply from US) Fleets are thus needed to protect trade routes

- have a form of European Union allow member nations to intergrate and share cheaply trade, science and military techs..

- have choice of ''asking'' or forcing weak nations to become Vassal or sateilite states. and pay ''tributes'' to us of course they are expected to provide troops in the event of war.

- allow the owner of United Nations to forward a resolution condemning a rouge nation. thus create a reputation hit for the rouge nation. UN can also forward resolution asking members nations to attack and punish the rouge state.
Democracy troops attacking under UN banner are more reistant to war weariness

The former idea could be a new function of the United Nation s wonder - or local economic alliances could be created between allies as a small wonder, perhaps called "Commonwealth." Having a few of these in the World would require a great number of nations than just 6 - 16, so it relates directly to the Minor nations thread.

The vassal/ssatellite state concept would also work well with the idea of minor nations, allowing a dominant power to get some use out of its neighbours without having to conquer them - and, indirectly, benefiting the vassals also.
