The Bund is a waterfront area in central Shanghai. Part of the former Shanghai International Settlement, it became the materialization of the elegance during the story of Shanghai as the City of the Commerce. Now it is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Shanghai. The Bund houses 52 buildings of various architectural styles, remnants of the banks and trading houses of the major Western powers.

I always disliked that the Porcelain Tower, a buddhist pagoda, was a scientific wonder. And when in Brave New World it became the Rationalism-only wonder, it was even worse. So I've changed the Porcelain Tower into the Encyclopedia, and gave the Porcelain Tower a new effect.

Encyclopédie, ou dictionnaire raisonné des sciences, des arts et des métiers (English: Encyclopaedia or a Systematic Dictionary of the Sciences, Arts and Crafts) was a general encyclopedia published in France between 1751 and 1772, with later supplements, revised editions, and translations. It was edited by Denis Diderot and, until 1759, co-edited by Jean le Rond d'Alembert. The Encyclopédie was an innovative encyclopedia in several respects. Among other things, it was the first encyclopedia to include contributions from many named contributors, and it was the first general encyclopedia to lavish attention on the mechanical arts. Still, the Encyclopédie is famous above all for representing the thought of the Enlightenment.

This mod changes the name of Colosseum and Amphitheater to make more historical sense, and adds two wonders: the Anfiteatro Flavio (the Colosseum of Rome) and the Theatre of Dionysus.
It can be downloaded on Steam workshop or here

NAME CHANGING
The Colosseum is now named Arena (only the Amphitheater of Rome was called Colosseum, and Arena is more culture-generic than Amphitheater), and has a new icon.
The Amphitheater is now named Theatre (since Amphitheaters were Roman places for gladiatorial games and public executions, rarely for theatrical plays) and gets the old Theatre icon.
