In my view, it is adultery, although slightly mitigated by the fact that the other partner is aware of and does not object to it. I call it immoral in the sense that I think it damages one of the most important parts of a marriage, that being fidelity. But I would not go around telling any swingers I knew that they are going to hell, I just think that any problems that result are their responsibility.

agreed, but i think my moral argument is that if both parties dont object about it, its maybe still ok. But it does eroded the santity of a "marriage". Im more concern about the spread of STD than the moral issue.

it was an old british law. The Singapore gov are going to make changes to this old law next year when the legistlation parliment reopen and making both oral and anal sex legal, but only to consenting adults above age 18.

1 of the way they enforce it, is by having the female/male(in this case, the 1 doing the job) reporting to the police after it was done. Either its forced, paid, or others. This could add up to the charges in the case of raping.

Most swingers still keep their identity secret well aware of the social opinion against them. Will this be considered a kind of oppression ? In the eyes of the swingers ?

only works on Panda i think. Playboy is still banned in singapore, probably becoz the Gov are trying to avoid a public outcry if that happened with Singaporean Girls start posing in them. the majority of Singaporean are still very conservative.

Other then saying this, the netizen has access to almost 90% of the porn site in the net. with minimum censorship.(thou a fav of mine was recently censored)
The Gov closed one eye on this issue coz they know its impossible to censor them all.

No, it shouldn't be. With the current trend, I'll be able to say someone is discriminating against me because I wear red.
