Is there anything we can do about this?I mean look at it this way this has been becoming more and more of a problem games are coming out buggier then hell latley and the the companies have stuck it to us. They dont even offer tech support that is actually there.I say people need to take notice of this and start findnig ways to make these compines realize we wont put up with or buy thier crap until its fixed enough to play.

--->5) I spent a futile hour on the phone today attempting to get to their tech support department. I was disconnected 4 times on being told that nobody was available and that I should call back later. I also obtained and attempted to use the front desk's phone number. Apparently they were out for the observance of New Year's day. (A message in the phone system informing me of this before I went onto hold would have been polite.)<----
Also if u go to 2k games tech support on thier website it will just send u to here which is BS i mean they are making us do all the work to fix thier damn game.They also dont return your emails even when u send them a DXdiag file.Its so sad becuase these companies know that stores will not let you return opened software and u dont know a game is this bad until you have purchased it and come home to play it and find out that u cant even play it because it crahses your computer so bad that the screen goes into standby and I have to do a power off/on reboot.
So if u have any ideas like lawsuites or boycotts our whatever.I mean arent you all tired of this same song and dance that seems to be getting worse and worse.
