The plans are mostly in the last TC thread. Basically I plan to conquer Ceaser then move into position to conquer Justinian.

Our GA will end in 4 turns. We should be getting a great person at that time as well (most likley a merchant or engineer) which I plan to settle someplace.

We are researching Plastic right now, but I guess we really won't be needing the Three Gorges Damn, after that we were going after modern armor.

Well done! How well did the airforce do? Did they do a lot of damage to units?

Also, could you upload the save?
 
As for the airfoce, I should have built more carriers and forts to put more aircraft in range. Still we only lost one marine so we couldn't have done much better even if I had.

The plan is to cap Justin in 6 turns and when unrest is over about 9 turns later and borders expand we'll win the game. I suggest we let the next TC play to the finish. As long as the war goes according to plan it should only be 15-16 turns. Would anyone like to take us over the finish line sometime this week?

A Victory session sounds good. Anytime is good for me. I just hope I can make it.
 
How about civplayah take us up to the finish line, he's done a lot throughout this game, but I think 1889 as our last ruler should do the Victory session.

Weekends are usually good for a Victory session, more people can usually stay up later/earlier than they can on a work/school day.

I'm willing to do either. I've only played two TCs before, so maybe it would be best if I do the one before the victory. Well, since 1889 is President, maybe he should decide.
