Wow..had the pleasure after being disconnected 6 times by civ support of talking to a tech..who after telling him of my lag play, having to alt tab every 5 turns to get some type of normal play..I was told they knew NOTHING of any type of memeory leakage or choppy laggy play..NONE

ask for my specs and wished me well..ok had they been located in a tri state area i think Id have driven over and given hima civ4 disk enema!

I bet it's just an employee at a call center, who is sitting behind a desk looking at the manual and civilopedia while he doesn't even know what the hell civilization 4 is.
