Proposed instructions for 560AD

Production: Continue Sistene Chapel. In the unlikely event that someone else finishes it then on the turn we learn it is finished switch to Palace if available, otherwise stop play before ending the turn, for discussion.

Worker actions:
  • Stop workers building road on forest 2S of Styx, no city can ever work that land and there is no movement advantage to going that way!
  • Build mines on plains N, cow NNE, plains NE, by most efficient method.

Laborer allocation:
Optimize for shield production please. The laborer on the non-fish coast can be moved to the available improved plains tile (N). We don't need any surplus food until the chapel is done, and only then if more workers are needed.
 
Proposed instructions for next turnset:

MM: Move citizen from fish to plains, shortens Sistene Chapel to 3 turns.
After chapel completes, move citizen back to fish.
