Terrain (Physical) Map of Finland and Northwestern Russia

Do any of you have a such map? When I say terrain map, I of course mean a map usable to make a map in Civ2 - with forests, vegetation etc...
It could be a European or Northern European covering the areas in question...

The only one I have is the map of Scandinavia from Civfanatics. I pmed FiGu about it as we are working on the same scenario theme and he never got back to me with a definitive answer.
