I thought of some stuff:
Defeat - Dido and Aeneas "When I Am Laid In Earth" by Henry Puerell
Science Victory - Spirit In The Sky by Norman Greenbaum
Religion Victory - Te Deum or Imagine by John Lennon :)
Ancient Era General Theme - Hurrian Hymn No. 6
Classical Era General Theme - some lyre playing
Medieval Era General Theme - Dies Irae Chant
Renaissance Era General Theme - Winter Season by Antonio Vivaldi
Industrial Era General Theme - Battle Hymn Of The Republic (instrumental probably)
Modern Era General Theme - Mars, Bringer of War by Gustav Holst
Atomic Era General Theme - Edge Of Seventeen by Stevie Nicks
Information Era General Theme - The Final Countdown by Europe

I'm in favour of reducing the number of era variants per civ theme from four to three in exchange for reintroducing a separate war theme, in any case these are mostly intended to be a broad assortment of ideas for different civs. I'm more favourable to the themes being more of a medley

America - John Brown's Body/Battle Hymn of the Republic/myriad other songs that use this tune, Hail to the Chief (mainly just because I like to imagine hearing it when encountering the leader of America for the first time), Amazing Grace
Brazil - Aqualera do Brasil, The Girl from Impanema
England - Greensleeves, Jerusalem
Germany - Maybe Triumphlied by Brahms?
Ireland - Óró sé do bheatha bhaile, Follow Me Up to Carlow (war theme?)
India - Maybe some qawwali?
Japan - The early era theme could use gagaku but its probably too slow-paced for later on. Other than that, Soran Bushi (war theme?), Otemoyan, Tsubasa wo Kudasai
Russia - Katyusha, Song of the Volga Boatmen, 1812 Overture

Errr... there's already a "music topic", it doesn't talk about what existing music could be introduced, but what your experience with the past Civs was hence your wishes for the new Civs are.

And, I don't know but I think that my favourite musics have been created from scratch, maybe with an African tone here and there (especially early game), that's why there no music entitled "Africa xxx" in Civ3 for example, because all early musics could apply to Africa more or less.

So I prefer vastly love-crafted, original music of an idea of an era than folkloric, out of place not to mention classical music which are a chore when you play.

Rome - Giorno's Theme/Pizza Time from Spider-Man 2
Lol

Giorno’s Theme would actually be menacing to hear as a warring Rome approaches your border.

Pizza Time, though

Rome casually fighting off against every other civ for a domination victory
Pizza Time, though
