A mod that allows you to increace/decrase taxes. You can increase taxes for production based buildings and they provide less hammers but you get % more Gold income and some unhappines. You lower taxes for production based buildings and you get % more to hammers,upkeep cost more and you little bit happines. But there is one catch in it. When you rise taxed you get a unhappines penality but with lower taxes you get some happines. Also it would include culture based buildings but with the same result plus 10-15 % to great writer,artist,musician bonus when you lower the taxes but you get then a bigger upkeep cost for the buildings. With higher taxes for culture based buildings you not only get less culture but also - to great people because less money means less culture.
