Trade menu bug

I don't know if I can call it a bug but when I was trading with one AI. I alt+tab and then I came back to the game but there was my unit menu on the trade menu so I cannot leave the trade menu because my unit menu is hiding it and no way to control units.

I had that happen too, what I did was scroll out with your mouse wheel so you see the global view (where the screen info is gone) and then it will just be the trade window up. You can cancel then.
