Trainers or cheats for Civ III: Conquests

Are there any trainers or cheats for the new expantion pack Civ III: Conquest yet? I have found them for PtW and the original Civ III.

If you simply must cheat, do it the right way using the scenario editor.

I have been using the senario editor but I still like to see the limits of the AI when there is a large force against it. I have all the Trianers for the last several games and use them after puting in 50-100 hours on the game. it is most enjoyable before, during, and after cheating.
