Translation problem

I have someone asking for my help in upgrading to MGE (or so I assume) and it looks like he has version 2.7.8 which is Fantastic Worlds. Unfortunately his e-mail is not in English and not a language which Babelfish knows either, so Im hoping a forum member might be able to help out.

"Mam takie jedno, zasadnicze pytanie o Konwersja civ2 na civ2 MGE.
Pisze, ¿eby zainstalowaæ patch 2.78 i pliki. Gdzie mo¿na znale¶æ ten patch 2.78?"

I was thinking that maybe it was Polish but looking at it again maybe not. Also doesn't help that I dont have the correct font installed in which he wrote the e-mail. But if someone can figure it out and maybe translate the correct answer back for me that would be great. Thanks all.

I threw a copy of this thread out into OT to see if that may help. If we get an answer in there, I'll pull it back into this thread.

A Google search on several of those words comes up with ".pl" sites, which is Poland.

The Polish Translator site, www.poltran.com, did not translate very well, and BabelFish does not do Polish for free. Perhaps if you compare PolTran and InterTran and one or two others. Here's a good list of different online translators:
