Okay so I've been playing civ for a while, usually on vox populi, and I found I was drawn to a certain play style
despite whatever buff I had, so I concluded I would try and make my own. I didn't need to add much wicked stuff, just a new unit, city names, building, trait and border colour. I thought I might even just add some civ graphics using google images and photoshop, I thought it might take me like an hour-ish.

I have been working on it for about 12 hours, and I have absolutely no idea what i'm doing, I've watched numerous guide videos and followed a cool manual I found on one of the forums. So what i'm looking for is a base to work with, where I can just change specifics and add my own artwork, and since I'll be the only one playing it I won't have to touch leader responses or anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If anyone's is curious what I was gonna use for my civ ill include it below just for context of what i'm trying to do

(UA:
half food consumption by specialists, 25% faster promotions and Railroad connections produce +10% growth

UU: Sword Shaman replaces tercio
combat strength increased by 4 to 29
gains quick study
gains reconnaissance
gains lightning warfare or formation (depending on what's available)

UB: Flood System replaces aqueduct

+5 food and +5 production

25% food carried over after city growth

+2 food to farms, lakes and oasis. +1 food and production to river tiles.)

Idk if it seems broken or anything, but since i was making it only for myself I thought I could just see how it went like this.
